Need prayers for my mom, she's having a bladder infection and she isn't seeing a new internist until next month.

UPDATE :My mother is feeling better after having some cranberry juice and a lot of water.
The problem with Mom seeing any doc online or urgent care is she's allergic to most medicine. Thankfully, her old internist did give her medicine she can take if she needs to.

Oh my gosh. Can she get to a walk in clinic or online doc for some relief?
Bladder infections in we old timers can cause dementia-like symptoms.
Needs to be halted soonest!

I agree with the other ladies who have chimed in… maybe an urgent care visit is in order for antibiotics for infection. Prayers for a healthy outcome!

@ADudeFromNowhere she cannot wait that long. Take her to urgent care. Elderly people can die from this untreated. It can make her seem crazy/disoriented. You can try the over the counter pills. There are cranberry ones and other ones. We used Uristat and Cystex? At the first signs of a problem and lots of water to flush it out. The urologist also prescribed Premarin to rejuvenate the tissue down there so it’s not as prone to infection. Please get her to urgent care or ER.
