QUESTION: Why are Hospitals killing COVID patients by giving them Remdesivir instead of Hydroxychloroquine & Ivermectin?

Remdesivir is one of the only authorized drugs (with and without ventilator) given on the hospital and it kills people.
Some hospitals withholding hydration and anticoagulants.
Most withholding steroids (approved) antibiotics (approved).
They are killing people.
@CONSERVATARIAN I accept that I am probably wrong on details while being sickened and saddened that my hunch is correct that hospitals are, apparently, systematically murdering people.
@CONSERVATARIAN because the left thinks humans are vile creatures who need to be exterminated, and they illegitimately control most of the world's governments and institutions.

One level is so evil and knows exactly what it is doing.
Another level might have quiet misgivings, but is so fearful of losing their job that they turn off their minds and hearts and just do as instructed.
At least - that's my guess.
The top level of evil believes the world is overpopulated and this is helping with that. Smaller population = easier to control. And then the godless Antihuman Technocrat will be looked on as gods.
The 2nd tier of the evil level - it's as simple as power and money.
Like the corporate hospital and pharma office holders & politicians.
