For the ladies, 2 products I found that actually work. For the pink gel, the before/after picture doesn't do the product justice. It's kind of waxy, but turns liquid when applying it. It does what it says.
I looked up the Collagen on Consumer Lab. Sparkle was rated high. I've been taking 1-1/2 tsp or 2 for about 3 months. My hands show the most improvement. Face is next to that. It's amazing, and has helped the constant joint pain on both thumbs. It's not cheap when used regularly.
