It doesn't matter that much which oil goes to whom... for the most part, oil is oil, so if Arab oil can't be exported, China will just buy it from Russia instead.

@cjd They're free to buy from anybody they want to. However, it does matter when your country has been cut off from it, and the larger narrative is to punish us & take down the West.
When 20% of the world's oil supply stops pumping, the rest goes over 100$/barrel, that's just basic supply and demand.
