@Java The Constitution provides for the executive branch to declare an invasion and deport people. Sadly, liberal judges are interested in ideology rather than the letter of the law. However this ruling forces them to abide by the law.

@Java I suspect the problem of radical judges usurping the Constitutional powers of the Presidency is coming to a head soon.
