I'm having a Chili cook off at my job. Any recipes to pass over that will blow their socks off?!? These are all Bronxites so hoping we can pass along some excellent grub. We are having it Valentine week!
@as2 my secret is the chili powder. I only use Gebharts. Season the meat and then the rest. Simmer long and low. I also use the fattiest ground beef and do not drain the fat off. It adds so much flavor.
