I'm having a Chili cook off at my job. Any recipes to pass over that will blow their socks off?!? These are all Bronxites so hoping we can pass along some excellent grub. We are having it Valentine week!

Roadkill chili is a favorite here in Texas.
If you have an aversion to freshly killed road meat, you can substitute a meat of your chaoice.
Remember, REAL chili has no beans.

Oh come on, TX. Where am I going to get fresh road kill in the Bronx? LOL! Do squirrels count?No beans, huh? But that always adds to the flavor and healthy part!

I add cinnamon and an oil can of Fosters Lager.
@as2 This is a super good chili recipe!
I add 2 T fish sauce and 1-1/2 to 2 lbs italian sausage to it.
I nix the kidney beans. We prefer no beans but I add
just 1 can of great northern beans or navy beans sometimes.
