I am recovered from Covid. Cough is gone and I'm mostly feeling normal. Fatigue and Covid brain are real. I went back to the gym today for a light workout and man it wiped me out. I figure it's now a matter of rebuilding endurance.
Anyone have tips for getting over Covid brain?
My wife and I got it right after Christmas and we were completely exhausted for a week or more. A lot of coughing at the beginning, sore throat, almost lost my voice.
The fatigue lasted at least a month. It was less some days than others but I did have to take a nap a couple of days.
I took about 3 grams of vitamin C, 50 mg of Zinc, Quercetin, and 1200 mg of D3 per day.
I ran a 101 fever for about 10 days. Took me full a full 2 weeks to get over it. It will be a month tomorrow since I first showed symptoms. I never got really bad but it was a slow process. My wife recovered much faster than me. I've been on all the right vitamins since before I got sick.
We both had fever for only 2 days at most. Barely over a 100.
My wife had a bad headache for days. I never had a headache.
