625 MPs didn't bother to speak. Or maybe even to turn up.

22 who did were enthusiastic. 3 had slight reservations.

No motion. No vote

This is Chris Skidmore

He was an MP.

And briefly a Minister

He passed #NetZero into our laws after no proper debate, no vote and no public consultation.

He's not standing again to be an MP

Instead he's running a company advising others on how to hit Net Zero
