I used to hide from them, run, do anything but actually think through them. </p><p>I suffered, and I am glad I can now, and actually <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/reflect" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>reflect</span></a> even if it's painful.</p><p>One I still struggle with is <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/grief" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>grief</span></a> especially.
