I can barely smell anything, a genetic thing. But I can attest that I do prefer the taste of BBQ over money. But the smell of money will buy BBQ, so there's that.
@DianaSez - Ceraunophile yes, there is that. I still have a healthy sense of smell, however, as a former artilleryman and paratrooper, I don't hear that well, without my bionic ears.

I understand, and I'm very sorry about that. I'm not completely sure about that either. But you were still a hero, you served and you did what was required of you to help your people. That is, especially in modern times but always, heroic.
