I am a Premium Plus member on X, and my account has just been suspended. I made an appeal, and I got an automated email saying that my account will not be restored. I can still log on and read posts, but I can't respond to posts or make them, nor can I use any of the other features available to paid Premium Plus members. I've made right leaning posts and responses, but nothing threatening or spammy. There seems to be no other recourse for me. Has any one else had this experience?

The special prosecutor declined to bring charges against Biden. This is perhaps not unreasonable, not only because he is an elderly man with a failing memory, he is also the sitting President of the United States. It would be impossible to bring him to trial while he is in office. And after he is out of office, the matter is really not quite so critical, is it?

So, where does this all end up?

I make no prediction about the short term outcomes associated with the TX defiance of the Biden administration’s border policies, except to note that the feds hold a weak hand in almost every respect that I can currently imagine.

But let’s look a little bit farther into the future.
