My husband informed his medical suppliers for insulin, diabetic supplies, CPAP, and Blue Cross about insurance policy changes almost 2 yrs ago. All these suppliers are still using Blue Cross that we haven't had for that long. We never received summaries of charges either. We assumed it was taken care of. All they saw was a policy number, and that's it. We found out because Rite Aid just went out of business, and the new pharmacy noticed. SMH
