My neighbor's doctor ordered blood work. She takes the order to LabCorp. Her name is common. They said she owes $20. She said that's not her bill, and she doesn't live at that address. Lab said no tests until she paid it. She said she's not paying somebody else's bill. She called LabCorp HQ, and they said there was nothing they could do. She should have a lawyer threaten a lawsuit worth a lot more than $20. LabCorp pretty much has this whole area.
