I had an abscessed tooth last week, and I'm furious about the over-correction on pain meds for acute pain. That shit hurt like a mutha, and I couldn't get a pain pill! I can't tell you how many NSAIDs I took, lol. Poor liver. My doctor is scared to prescribe. Gov't is harsh on them. Not 1 doc or pharma criminal was arrested. Who suffers because of criminals? The people! You can't trust the street that it won't be cut w/fentanyl or some other crap, but people are. Teeth should be exempted.
O dear -- how horrible.
If doctors are afraid to prescribe the normal pain meds,
and if they all want us on statins, BP meds, thyroid & other drugs --
what good are most of them for?

@CarolEmmarie It's awful. My neighbor broke her arm and couldn't get a couple. People are not happy about it. Old people are buying it black market, lol. But I'm talking about for acute pain, like a tooth or broken bones. There are therapies that really work for people in chronic pain.
