I believe Lindell's 'Cyber Symposium' was a white hat trap. The PCAP data was the bait as we knew that #deepstate operators would target the event, nearby hotels, bars, restaurants, etc.

What are the chances that white hats/patriots may have be watching/capturing all that delicious areas cell phone data?

That the Symposium occurred before 2000 Mules came out so they'd have had no idea [they] were outing themselves.
