Been experimenting with Firefox again, and so far liking it.
Three things I’m missing
1) lack of Apple Pay on MacOS
2) lack of plugins on iOS (especially ad blocking plug ins)
3) the 1Password integration seems a bit less reliable than in Safari on iOS. Not sure why yet.
Not sure I can cope without the first two
