It was my birthday yesterday and we celebrated it by going to the Shedd Aq. (always a treat to hit a great museum!) which we haven’t been to in a long time. Afterwards, we ate at an amazing hotpot restaurant. If anyone comes to Chicago or is from around here, although the surrounding area where it’s located isn’t pretty, may I suggest Qiao Lin Hotpot. So good!!! Clean, efficient, yummy!
